Carbon risers

The calcination temperature of the high temperature graphitized carbon elevator is 3000 & deg; C or higher. Long-term calcination, complete graphitization, high fixed carbon, low impurity gas content, rapid dissolution and high absorption rate make it the first choice for carbonization of ductile iron. The calcination temperature of medium temperature graphitized carbon elevator is between 1700-2700°C. It has high fixed carbon, fast dissolution rate, high absorption rate, moderate sulfur content (0 .20-0.40%) and low nitrogen content (800-2000ppm). It has the characteristics of smooth sliding and clear scratching, similar to high temperature graphitized recarburizing. It can be widely applied as a carbon elevator for gray cast iron and has high cost performance.

Ceramic fiber

Fiber blanket ceramic:Ceramic fiber blanket is made from special ceramic fibers through double needling processing. Double needling techniques improve the degree of fiber intertexture and delamination resistance performance as well as tensile strength. The blanket does not contain any bonding agents and with the characteristics of stable chemical performance, resistance to erosion of most chemicals. Physical properties such as refractory and insulation remain the same when encountered with oil, water or steam.

Fiber board ceramic:Ceramic fiberboard is manufactured using loose ceramic fibers and a little binder by vacuum forming. The ceramic fiber board can maintain its mechanical strength after high temperature heating, and the board has 6 levels: 1050℃, 1260℃, 1350℃, 1430℃, 1600℃ and 1700℃. Ceramic fiber board can resist airflow scouring for its high strength, so it can be the material of internal coverings.

Ceramic fiber module: The ceramic fiber module is made of ceramic fiber blanket which is folded or cut by experienced professional technicians. The products have certain features such as reliable quality, quick installation and superior insulation properties. The ceramic fiber module uses the improved M-type anchors, which have greater strength, closer to the cold face.

Fiber bulk ceramic:The volume of ceramic fibers is produced by melting the highly pure raw materials at high temperature, using spinning or blowing method with characteristics of stable chemical performance, resistance to erosion of the most chemicals. Physical properties such as refractory and insulation remain the same when encountered with oil, water or steam.

Vacuum formed shapes : Ceramic fiber vacuum formed shapes are manufactured in bulk of high quality ceramic fibers by adopting vacuum forming technique. The aim of manufacturing these products is to meet the particular requirements of insulation in the industrial sector.

High temperature binder: High temperature binder is specially compounded for adhesion between ceramic fiber products, and it can also be used to construct kiln walls. It is a slightly yellow colored threadlike liquid, which can dry in the air with very good felting resistance and has a construction similar to that of refractory bricks. For bonding under high temperature conditions 300℃-1800℃, especially suitable for masonry or high temperature furnace repair.

Ferro alloys

Ferrosilicon alloys Ferrosilicon is used to remove oxygen from steel and as an alloying element to improve the final quality of steel. It is also used as an additive to increase the Si content in gray and ductile iron foundries. Resin series

No-bake Furan Resin Suitable for the production of steel, iron, of non-ferrous castings, with excellent quality records. The sand core (mold) is easily collapsible, retrievable and reduces the original sand consumption.

No-bake phenolic urethane resin The sand core/mold has good casting capacity. folding and is easy to retrieve. It can reduce crack defects and original sand consumption. Suitable for steel, iron, non-ferrous castings, and it has excellent quality records for these castings; without sulfur or phosphorus.

Ester-cured alkaline phenolic resin;This binder system does not contain of harmful foundry elements: Nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus, etc., especially suitable for the production of alloy steel, carbon steel, ductile iron.

CO2-cured alkaline phenolic resinWithout harmful elements of N.P.S. etc., especially suitable for production of alloy steel, carbon steel and ductile iron castings, avoid foundry defects caused by N. P. S.
