Refractory rammers
As IMAXS MACHINE, the wall rammer, bottom rammer, manual rammer crane system and Automatic is used in induction furnaces to drive refractory masses at equal density and eliminates risks such as cracks and gas pockets in refractories. The ramming operation is completed in a very short time than other methods and the life of the refractory is extended. More melting is done and the induction furnace is used more efficiently by shortening the ramming operating time.
Foundry ladles
Patented design of “Rapid MG” spherical processing bags maximizes magnesium recovery and allows for use processing alloy in the most efficient way. The cast iron and processing alloy are separated by a special spherical pocket inside the ladle and the ladle is rotated to a vertical position to begin processing at the desired time. The closed lid maintains the temperature inside the bag and allows easy and quick use.
Manipulative
The IMAXS MACHINE Mold Manipulator is designed to manipulate, roll and close molds. The tilt can be operated manually or by hydraulic motor. Closing (tightening) is done by hydraulic cylinder. The units install easily on an existing hoist, monorail or overhead crane. The equipment is available for use on molds with vials as well as molds without vials (without cake).
