Continuous copper extrusion machine (extrusion equipment) is generally applied in transformer production , copper flat wire, copper bus bar, switch, contact wires for electric locomotive, large and medium sized motor, high-low voltage electrical appliance switches, DC electrical switch etc. The Conform machine can be used for both copper and aluminum rod by simply changing the extrusion wheel.

Aluminum degasser

The degassing machine is designed to meet the metal processing needs of our customers in a challenging foundry environment. The degassing process removes hydrogen, inclusions and alkali metals from the weld metal to improve metal quality. The degassing machine is available with full electric and gas control. Die casting machines

Low pressure: Die Casting In low pressure die casting, the die is filled with metal from a pressure furnace. The pressure holds the metal in the die until it solidifies. One of the main advantages of this process is the precise control of the filling of the die cavity. This process was created for the production of axially symmetrical parts such as car wheels.

Graphite Molds
